This week, let's talk ✨ENERGY✨.Where we block energy says a lot about where we are blocking experience. If you want to feel more flow and fire in your womb space, allowing energy to flow through this space is just one of the ways to bring this part of you online. Feeling numb in the womb space, the cervix, the heart space, is super common. We've been conditioned to disconnect from the parts of us that have the most potential for pleasure. One simple act we can do to "undo" this conditioning, is to scan the body for where you may be feeling numbness or disconnection, and consciously allowing free flowing energy and breath into the part that's desensitized. This practice can bring this part of you back online to feeling. And this process can kick up some rawness, some emotions, some unintegrated pieces - that's to be expected. What I do with my clients is sit with those pieces of us from a place of compassion and then gently ask them to step aside or give them a new role so that they aren't blocking our pleasure potential any more. It's powerful work, and it's how we clear the path for more and more pleasure.
