Holding Yourself In Expansion

As entrepreneurs sometimes we move through expansions at warp speed and our sweet nervous systems code it as not feeling safe to keep going, to keep growing, to keep expanding. So we contract. And sometimes those contractions can last an hour or two, or sometimes they can last weeks or months. It’s our relationship to the contractions that impacts how quickly we can recover from them and get back to what the business needs.

What I’ve found the most helpful here is to have a space to dignify and validate the painful parts of entrepreneurial growth.

⭐️Your resentment for a launch not going the way you wanted it to... is valid.
⭐️Your longing for past versions of self and perhaps simpler times before all the responsibility... is valid.
⭐️Your heartbreak over all the traumas you see in your clients and in the world... is valid.
⭐️Your meltdown in the overwhelm of your to-do list... is valid.

I am the advocate for little you and woman you to have a weekly space to be held, to rage, to be in heartbreak. Where you can say the shitty things that you’re embarrassed to say out loud. Where you can process the sometimes mind-numbing fears of expansion.

XO,

Sara
