Glowing Goddess Membership Agreement Grieve and Glow Coaching, LLC

This Glowing Goddess Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you as the Client and Grieve and Glow Coaching, LLC (“Grieve and Glow”, “us”, or “we”). By checking the box to accept this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Membership Services

Enrollment in the Glowing Goddess Membership entitles you to a series of services and experiences as described at the time of signup. Initial membership offerings include (1) a once monthly emotional release/swamp practice; (2) a once monthly sexual energy activation practice; (3) journal prompts, updated monthly; and (4) coaching services described in Section 2. Members have access to these services through the Thinkific Portal. When you register to use the Thinkific Portal, you will be assigned login credentials. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential, and that you are solely responsible for the security of your Thinkific Portal login and all activities that occur on your account. Grieve and Glow reserves the right to change membership services and experiences from time to time, and we will notify you at least 30 days prior to such changes taking effect.

Coaching Sessions

As part of your Glowing Goddess Membership, you are entitled to a series of two live group coaching sessions per month. All coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length, unless we inform you otherwise, and are held online via Zoom or another online video conferencing service. Please be aware that any information you share in a group coaching session may be accessible by other participants. All coaching sessions are recorded and securely stored on the Glowing Goddess membership portal. As a member, you will have access to recordings of coaching sessions you attend as long as your membership remains active and current.

Grieve and Glow Services Are Not Medical Treatment

Grieve and Glow offers a variety of services and experiences, none of which are therapy or another form of medical treatment. Our services cannot substitute for, and are not an alternative to, medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapy or other healthcare diagnosis and treatment when a medical or mental health condition or illness is present. You are advised to seek diagnosis, treatment, and advice regarding medical or mental conditions or illnesses from physicians practicing medicine, psychotherapists, psychologists and other licensed healthcare and mental health professionals. Grieve and Glow is not and will not be liable or responsible in any way for your actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Grieve and Glow. You are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from your use of membership services and experiences, the coaching relationship, and your coaching sessions and interactions with Grieve and Glow.

Fees

If you sign up for a Glowing Goddess membership on or before August 31, 2021, you will receive membership services at the founding member rate of $44 per month for as long as your membership remains active. If you sign up for a Glowing Goddess membership on or after September 2021, you will receive membership services at the rate of $66 per month, or the then-current rate published at the time of signup. If you are a member of the Grieve and Glow Facebook community at the time of signup, you will receive your first month for free. Your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. Your billing date is set up to automatically withdraw the monthly fee from your payment method every 30 days from your initial purchase. In order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method, you must cancel your membership before it renews each month. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refund will be given for the remainder of the month. Upon cancelling, your membership will expire at the end of your billing period your account and access to the Glowing Goddess program will be revoked. Members who cancel their membership and later signup again will receive membership services as the then-current membership rate at the time of signup.

Confidentiality and Proprietary Materials

Privacy and trust are key to a successful membership experience. Grieve and Glow will not share the information you disclose through your membership with any third party without your consent except as required by law. Note that Grieve and Glow is not a covered entity subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. From time to time, Grieve and Glow may share anonymous or statistical information about use of ourservices or client milestones for marketing purposes. We will never share this information in a manner that could identify you personally. If you participate in a group session, you hereby agree to respect the confidentiality of all other participants including, at a minimum, not discussing any information disclosed during the session outside of the sessions. All guides, worksheets, and other materials we provide as part of your membership or use of our other services are proprietary and shared for your personal use only, and any disclosure of those materials to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect for as long as you seek services from Grieve and Glow. You may terminate your membership at any time through the Thinkific Portal. To terminate this Agreement, you must give Grieve and Glow written notice by email or other writing and cease all use of our services. Grieve and Glow reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or otherwise cancel a membership service or a coaching session or series of sessions at any time for any reason by giving you notice by email or otherwise in writing. If Grieve and Glow terminates in this manner, you are only responsible for paying a pro rata share of the total fees you owe to us based on your membership status and/or the number of coaching sessions or other services received as of the date of termination. Sections 5 through 7, 9, and 10 herein shall survive termination of this Agreement. Any authorization of release of information will continue for as long as the information or records are needed for payment, services, or legal purposes.

Terms and Conditions

By signing this Agreement, you also accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice, each as amended from time to time. These documents are available on the Grieve and Glow website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Terms and Conditions governing proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitations on liability, indemnification, class action waiver, dispute resolution, and general terms apply to this Agreement.

General

You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily. This Agreement and any agreements incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and Grieve and Glow and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements between the parties. This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you to any other party. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions herein shall be severed and remain in full force. Any failure of Grieve and Glow to enforce any provision herein is not a waiver of such provision. The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liabilities, your representations, and general provisions shall survive any termination. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to be unconditionally bound by this Agreement, that you have read and understand this Agreement and have received a copy of it, you have had the opportunity to discuss its contents with us and, if desired, with an attorney, and you understand, accept, and agree to abide by the terms hereof.
