Take a deep breath, and begin to land in your body. Scan your body, where do you feel a drop of safety in your body right now? ♥️
It will be different for everyone and different moment to moment, for me, right now, I feel safety in my stomach.
✨What does safety feel like in your body?
✨What sensations are associated with safety?
✨It will feel different for everyone, for me, safety feels warm, cozy, toasty, tingly and giddy.
Now take a deep breath and turn up the dial on that feeling of safety. Whisper to yourself: "I am safe. I am safe. I am safe" or "safety, safety, safety".
This practice is always available to you.
I recommend practicing it daily so that when your sense of safety is compromised, it's habitual.
When we feel disconnected from our safety, there’s a calling to come back to our truth. And our truth lies in our bodies.
