What are you letting go of this season?

I’ve always felt more of a “new years” energy in September than in January. Maybe because it's the start of the school year, or the Jewish calendar, or the month following my birthday, but I’ve always felt a special reset this time of year. The magic hours glisten extra gold as the leaves begin to change.

Fall is coming. There is so much beauty in fall.

-It’s the season of shedding.
-It’s the season of surrender.
-It’s the season of releasing what is no longer in service to hold on to.
-It’s the season of loosening the grip on the things that need to pass through your fingertips to be recycled and renewed and make space for the new.
-It’s the season to integrate and gain wisdom from the challenging experiences of the past.

So tell me, what are you releasing and what are you stepping into during this fall transition?
