Want to be more magnetic?

Much of my past was spent only wanting to feel positive things, easily distracted by short term indulgences and grasping for temporary highs. Turns out experiencing the uncomfortableness is on the road to joy. It’s important to emote your frustrations and sorrows because it allows you to feel your positive emotions more fully when you can take ownership of your dark ones.

Screaming, crying, shaking all got classified as untamed and wild somewhere along the way.
These things are actually how we come back to ourselves. Let this be a devotional time with your anger.

Every month I gather with a group of women and we blast music and dive into the depths of a metaphorical muddy swamp. We play ragey music, sad music and then move our way into joyful celebration songs for the last bit. You dont need to know what you’re screaming or crying about to heal it, that shit just comes up and OUT. It’s raw and beautifully deep. Embodiment practices are the doorway to great metamorphosis.
