Becoming

The day “I have all the answers” I hope I’m dead. There’s more beauty in the seeking than the knowing. This is easy to forget. Today I had a conversation that shook me back to this. I’m birthing a creative project and have been blocking the metaphorical birth canal by overplanning. Today I was reminded that if I step out of planning mode and into this very moment, I find my strength and power source. Adventure wants to break through. Not just traveling and moving about the map, but a sense that this lifetime IS the adventure. It’s meant to be messy and undefined. Sometimes actively choosing to not prepare is the best preparation of all.
