What actual pleasure looks like

What people think living a life of pleasure looks like:
❌Being ready for s*x all the time
❌Dropping all your responsibilities
❌Living with your head in the clouds
❌Candles, chocolate, baths

What actual pleasure looks like:
👑Prioritizing yourself in a world that tells you not to
👑Being tuned into your inner “yes” and “no”
👑Remembering how awesome you are
👑Living your best sovereign life

You see... candles, chocolate and baths are amazing catalysts for setting the ambiance for pleasure but the real work happens within. It’s adopting a new belief that you are worthy and deserving of everything you want in life. Candles, chocolate and baths can be gorgeous accelerators of that, and they can also be “bypass-ey” if you are actually just beating yourself up during them. Happens to the best of us - me included. And when this happens, my pleasure coach, @juliamothereffingwells , gives me a gentle (but hot) spanking and helps me right my pleasure ship.

❤️That’s why having a mentor to guide you on this path is so important. My clients have me in their back pocket to remind them that they are deserving of pleasure. That they are worthy of pleasure. That they are genius and brilliant down to the cellular level of existence.

So, who are your pleasure mentors? Who are your expanders in this area of life? We have to stay tethered to pleasure because the world will produce gail force winds that try to blow you far from it. Pleasure is your birthright, but it’s also your responsibility. When you take ownership of your own pleasure potential, really amazing things await for you on the other side.

✨Feeling ready to unlock all that goodness? Feeling v nervous but curious? Yup. Perfect. Been there. You're in the perfect spot. This is where a mentor comes in to play. So you can surrender in all the ways and let the magic seep in at a cellular level.

🚨And obvi it’s your lucky day, because I’m offering a free intro call about all this stuff to a select few women. There were 10 spots, now there’s ONLY ONE LEFT. Don’t sleep on this, babe.
