As the sunsets on the Grieve & Glow launch, I’m doubling down on rest and relaxation as I gear up the 2nd group of magical humans. What that looks like is:

⭐️Napping and sleeping with self approval
⭐️Beaching
⭐️Reading a good book (currently reading: The Body is Not an Apology)
⭐️Going for walks in nature
⭐️Spending time with my head in the clouds
⭐️Netflix
⭐️Reflecting on gratitude

Truly taking time to rest is resistance to everything I’ve been taught. I’ve been taught that productivity is a key measure of my success. Most of us have. Sometimes this conditioning pops up in my head when I’m trying to rest and it has other plans for me. It's a little voice that says I should be “doing” instead of resting. Can you relate?

What I’ve learned is how to approve of myself, moment to moment. Appreciating myself exactly as I am. Reminding myself there is nothing wrong with true rest. No matter what it looks like.
